Our team are a highly skilled and motivated team of 6 who are all about showcasing and creating your quality brickwork. Our team are constantly learning and bettering our skills and strive for perfection and immaculate craftsmanship.
Jack Panozzo- The owner and Director Jack’s passion for bricklaying and the residential building industry played a significant role in his decision to found Highlands Bricklaying. He saw an opportunity to not only pursue his passion but also to make a positive impact in the industry. With starting his own bricklaying company he has applied his expertise values and vision to create high -quality brick homes and structures while also fostering a supportive and fulfilling work environment for him self and his team. Jack’s resilience to hard work in the field has steamed his dedication to his craft and his commitment to excellence. Bricklaying is physically demanding and requires long hours of labour, often in challenging conditions. However Jack’s passion for the industry and his determination to succeed drove him to push through obstacles and percervere in the face of challenges. His resilience is strengthened by the love for the work and the satisfaction he gains from seeing tangible results of his and his team's efforts.
Jay- BricklayerJay is our senior bricklayer who runs the jobs from start to finish working hand in hand with the owner and director, Jack. He runs a smooth job and is well respected by his peers. He strives for perfection and attention to detail as well as working in a timely manor.
Alexander- 3rd year apprentice. Alex is our 3rd year apprentice bricklayer who has been with us since the beginning he is our secret weapon and tackles every task head on. He is an enthusiastic and keen learner who will grow to produce great work and craftsmanship.
Karina- Accounts & AdministrationKarina works behind the scenes filling, invoicing, and keeping on top of all the insurances and bookkeeping when anything involves the paperwork she is the one to get it done.
